Cramp Bark & Comfrey On A Foragers Walk

I had the pleasure of finding this Cramp bark While out on a foragers walk.
And Comfrey is starting to grow slowley in the hedgerows now. This exciting little plant has many useful properties. It loves damp enviroments and has much to offer.
I will keep you posted for recipes and remedies.
